Our Boxfit class incorporates a progressive training style so you can enter the class knowing absolutely nothing about boxing and leave knowing how to effectively use your body's momentum to provide maximum power in a variety of punches. You will also learn how to move around in the proper boxercise stance to help you with balance, speed and power so you can be safe and most importantly have fun.
