At West Coast Fitness we offer a variety of Memberships to suit your needs. From pay as you go single class sign ups to Monthly memberships with full access to all classes you can find all options here.

FAQs

Classes can be booked through the app.

They can be booked up to one week in advance and can be cancelled up to one hour before the class begins.

To check what classes you have book onto, check out the My Classes section on the app.

First of all - has your membership expired? Expired memberships will not be able to access the building.

Secondly do you have internet or 4g? We have a free guest WIFI which you can join at the gym.

Thirdly close the app and try again. Sometimes things just need a reset. Completely close the app and see if that does the trick.

Finally if this is still not working. Please wait and a member of staff will be with you.

Yes - Classes are included with all memberships. Check out our timetable and give them a go!

15 Year olds may join the gym provided they are with an over 18 adult at all times. For anyone under 15 we have classes available to them and Personal Training with one of our qualified instructors.

Should you wish to leave the gym please mention it to a member of staff at reception. Provided your contract has been met they will inform you that you have to give one months notice. You will then be able to use the gym up to the membership expiring.

If you signed up to a 3 month rolling or 12 month rolling Membership you are locked in for that time period. Once the contract is up if you haven't give us your one months notice it will roll over one month at a time. 


You can freeze your membership for £10 which must be paid at reception. This can last between 1 - 6 months. Following 6 months the membership will automatically restart.

Once you have signed up for a Membership or Day Pass you will receive an email giving you instructions on  how to download the app and login. Once this has been done you will see a small QR code in the top right hand section of the apps home screen. Press this and scan yourself through the security gate.

We ask politely that you wear swimwear and take a towel in with you to the sauna.

No footwear is permitted into the sauna itself and remember to keep hydrated.
