Capacity Club is a dynamic, pairs-based aerobic class designed to push your limits, build your endurance, and make training fun.
Classes are programmed monthly (alongside Functional Fitness), so each week offers fresh challenges and a structured approach to progress.
Challenge your cardiovascular capacity using Assault Bikes, Bike Ergs, Ski Ergs, Rowers, and functional movements like burpees, farmer's carries, wall balls and box overs.
Work with a partner to stay motivated, push harder and enjoy a fun, social training environment. However those that wish to work alone can do so.
Whether you are in it for endurance, intensity, or teamwork, Capacity Club delivers a fun and effective way to push your limits and see real results.
Every single exercise we offer in Capacity Club can be modified. There are plenty of exercises that we can substitute movements for, so book on the class, come along, give it your best shot and see if you enjoy the class.
There is the possibility of using both Kettlebells or Dumbbells in Capacity Club. However along with the Wall Balls you are able to choose what weight you lift.
There may be plyo boxes in the class that you are asked to step over or jump over. Again you choose the height and the exercise can be adjusted if needs be.
A large portion of the classes will be spent on the machines (Rower, Ski, Bike, Assault Bike).
