Circuit Training classes are based around a circuit involving a varied mixture of light weights and cardio equipment. Each circuit is designed to engage both your cardio capacity together with pushing, pulling and lower body exercises to activate various muscle groups.

The class will normally involve working for around 45 seconds on each specific station with a short rest before moving onto the next station, it will test your endurance in a fun filled atmosphere.

The simple answer is every class is different. 

Sometimes you will be working for 20 seconds, other times 60 seconds.

Don't be put off by the longer working times. You can work and rest at your own discretion.
