Our Functional Fitness classes are designed to give members everything they need in just three sessions per week. Each class focuses on practical, full body movements that improve strength, mobility, endurance, and everyday function.

Classes are carefully planned in 4 - 6 week blocks, gradually increasing intensity and complexity to ensure continuous improvement.

Each session can also be enjoyed as a standalone workout, so you can drop in anytime and still get a complete, effective session.

Whether a complete beginner or a season athlete that competes, our Functional Fitness programming and coaches have you covered. All movements can be adjusted to fit your ability level and any limitations you may have at a certain time.

Our Functional Fitness classes do have Olympic Lifting which are coached by qualified and experienced instructors. Safety and technique is the priority in these classes and all exercises can be adjusted to suit the individual.
