Kettlebell HIIT is a high-intensity, full body workout that combines the power of kettlebell training with heart pumping HIIT exercises. Designed to challenge strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, it keeps every session fresh and dynamic.

Most workouts includes 36 Kettlebell exercises and 36 HIIT exercises, targeting strength, power, and conditioning.

Alternate between kettlebell and HIIT exercises in a structured Tabata format, giving you maximum results in minimal time.

Some sessions include music driven rounds or finishers to keep energy high and motivation strong.

The class is perfect for improving strength, endurance, explosive power and conditioning all in one session.

The class is as difficult as you make it. You will have 20 seconds to do what you can, followed by 10 seconds rest. Then repeat. You can take longer rest if you need and go at your own pace.
