Warriors is a Chipper style workout where a series of movements are strung together, often with high reps of each other. This is a workout where you have to grind it out and "chip" away at each movement before moving onto the next.
The class is designed for all ability levels working in a team atmosphere for 45 minutes.

Most of the Warrior classes are setup for a team. This is not compulsory and you are more than welcome to work as an individual.
