Zumba 30 Thirty combines the best of both Zumba (dance fitness without weights) for 1/2 the class and Zumba Toning (using handheld toning sticks) for the other 1/2 of the class.
Get that Zumba fitness fix with the added element of toning fun. This session combines a traditional Zumba fitness class with the benefit of the toning sessions.
Using the toning sticks to create resistance for the first 30 minutes an finishing with 30 minutes of dance fitness, means an effective and fun 1 hour workout.
